  • Go to the "Bill" section to view your current bill, download past bills, and make payments.

  • Go to "MyHotlink," select "Bill," and toggle on the eBill option to receive your bills electronically via email.

  • Go to "MyHotlink," select "Direct Debit," and follow the instructions to link your credit or debit card for automatic payments.

  • There are two ways to upgrade: tap on the "Upgrade" icon on the home screen, or go to "MyHotlink Account" and select "Upgrade Plan."
