To check your balance, dial *100# and choose Hot Ticket > Balance inquiry > Internet

Your unused minutes and SMS from the previous Hot Ticket can be carried forward after another Hot Ticket Topup is made within the 7 days grace period after the validity ends; maximum total minutes and SMS upon the new activation are 300 minutes and 1000 SMS. Minutes and SMS exceeding these amounts will be forfeited.
