The minutes and SMS' will be credited on a one-time basis upon activation of this Hot Ticket.
The minutes and SMS' under this Hot Ticket can be utilized for all local networks only (i.e. applicable for domestic calls, SMS' and uses in Malaysia only) and have no time band.
Upon expiry of the validity period of the existing Hot Ticket, all unused balance of Minutes and SMS' will be frozen. The frozen unused balance of Minutes and SMS' from the expired Hot Ticket will be forfeited (zerorised) 7 days after the expiry date unless a subsequent Hot Ticket is activated.
The unused balance can only be carried forward and can be used upon activation of a subsequent Hot Ticket within 7 days after expiry. At any point in time, the accumulated Minutes and SMS' of a Hot Ticket a customer account can hold should not exceed 300 minutes and 1000 SMS'. Any accumulated Minutes and SMS' that exceeds the limits stipulated will be auto-forfeited and no refunds and/or extra Minutes or SMS shall be carried forward or be made available beyond the exceeded limit.
This Hot Ticket is the responsibility of the customer. MMSSB shall not be held liable at all to the customer or any person claiming through the customer for any lost or stolen Hot Tickets or its acceptance of any lost or stolen Hot Tickets.
This Hot Ticket is NOT for sale. MMSSB reserves the right to cancel or invalidate any such Hot Ticket immediately without further notice, if a person or customer has obtained the Hot Ticket by sale or has breached any term of the Hot Ticket.
This Hot Ticket should be purchased at Maxis Centers, Maxis Exclusive Partners, and authorised Maxis / Hotlink dealer shops only.
This Hot Ticket is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash and other gifts from MMSSB.
In the event of any discrepancy between this version of the English terms and conditions and any other version (in other languages), the English version shall prevail.

During the period of the BPL football matches from 15th September 2011 until 31st May 2012, upon activation of this Hotlink Football Hot Ticket 3.0, the subscriber is eligible to take part in the Weekly Game Bonus if there is still BPL football matches for season 2011/2012.
Each Hot Ticket entitles the subscriber to one participation to the Weekly Game Bonus. Subscriber is entitled to participate more than once according to the number of Football Hot Ticket 3.0 activated.
Upon activation, the subscriber will receive a SMS to select the subscriber's favourite winning team for the BPL matches for the respective week where activation is performed.
Subscriber has to cast their vote within 7 days after they have activated their Football Hot Ticket 3.0.

All votes are to be submitted latest by Friday of every week. Any selection made after the said time frame will be submitted as votes for the BPL match for the following week.

If the selected team wins a match for the particular week, the participating subscriber will win:
