A Subscriber is entitled to talk up to 60 minutes at RM1 per call with the Super Sunday Promo. To be eligible for the Super Sunday Promo, a Subscriber will need to dial in order to enjoy the offer.
The offer is valid for more than 1 call to more than 1 number per day, with the condition that the 60 minutes at RM1 is on a per call basis.
In the event a drop call occurs or if a call is terminated before the 60 minutes, a subscriber will be required to dial via shortcode plus the designated mobile number and pay RM1 again for a new call. No refund entitled.

I have been trying to make calls with the short code 131 and it was not successful. It constantly beeps 3 times after which the call disconnects.
The following are the possible reasons your call have been rejected with 3 beeps:
- The receiver’s mobile number is not a Maxis/Hotlink number.
- The receiver has ported out and is no longer a Maxis/Hotlink customer
