Are these rates applicable in Peninsula Malaysia?
Scenario 1: I bought a pack from East Malaysia If you make calls from East Malaysia, you will enjoy the lowest flat rate to all networks: anytime, anywhere.
Scenario 2: I bought a pack from East Malaysia but I’m in Peninsula Malaysia now. Sorry. Calls made from Peninsula Malaysia will be charged according to the rates in BASIC Plan. (Please refer to the rate table)

Can I still enjoy Activ10 and East Malaysia Super Savers?
Yes, you can.

If I subscribe to this plan, what will be my call and SMS rates?
With this new plan, you can enjoy the LOWEST flat rates to ALL networks

Does the new tariff apply to video calls?
The video call rate is 33sen/min to ALL networks. Video calls to Activ10 numbers are free.

Can I change my current plan to Sabah & Sarawak Plan?
Scenario 1: East Malaysia customers who are already on the current Sabah & Sarawak Plan. Yes, your call rates will be changed automatically.
Scenario 2: Customers who are on Hotlink Plan / Talk Plan / EXtra Plan / BASIC Plan Sorry. This plan is only applicable to East Malaysian subscribers.
Scenario 3: Customers who are on SMS Plan in East Malaysia Yes, you can call our customer service hotline at 1300-820-120 for an upgrade.
