What is this Redemption Surprises?
Answer:
1st month Caller Ringtone (CRT) will be redeemable with 200 Points. New songs will be refreshed periodically.
Question:
How do I redeem for Caller Ringtone using my rewards points?
Answer:
You can redeem the CRT on offer via:
- Easy Menu *100# >Rewards > Redeem > Caller Ringtone
- Log in to My Hotlink
Question:
Can I select any songs from the Music Unlimited playlists?
Answer:
No. There is a special playlist created for this promotion. Go to *100# or Hotlink Rewards on the Hotlink website to preview and select your preferred CRT.
Question:
How will I know whether the number of downloads has exceeded the 30,000 cap each month?
Answer:
The below message will appear when you attempt to redeem via *100# or the website:
Caller Ringtones for this month have been fully redeemed. Watch out for new CRTs which will be available from the 1st of next month.
Question:
Is there a limit to the number of CRT redeemable each month?
Answer:
No. You can redeem the selected CRT if you have sufficient points balance in your account.
Question:
How do I check my points balance?
Answer:
There are two ways to check your points balance:
Easy Menu (*100#): Type *100# and press send/call. Select “My Account”, select “Rewards” and press 1 to check your points balance.
Log in to My Hotlink (www.hotlink.com.my): Register your phone number and password at the Hotlink website. Each time you login, you will be able to view your latest updated points balance.
Question:
Can I redeem for Caller Ringtone when my account is deactive?
Answer:
No. Your prepaid account must be active to redeem the CRT using your rewards points.
Question:
How do I opt out, i.e. remove the redeemed CRT from my playlist?
Answer:
You can remove the subscribed CRT from your playlist via Easy Menu *100# > Music or the Hotlink website > Music Unlimited.
