What must I do to enjoy the Activ10 call and SMS rates? |

No, dialing *100# is free and there is no charge for activation. |

Do I need to fill up any application forms in order to participate in this event? |

No, you do not need to fill up any forms. All you need to do is dial *100# and select Activ10 to activate your 10 numbers. Alternatively, you may activate the numbers via your My Hotlink account in www.hotlink.com.my |

How many numbers can I set up as my Activ10 numbers? |

You may set up to a total of ten (10) Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid numbers. Setting up the initial ten (10) Activ10 numbers are free of charge. Subsequent changes after that will be charged at RM1 per setting. Remember, you need to have a sufficient credit balance. |

I just realized that now I am being charged higher, as compared to earlier, for my voice calls on Sunday during day time. Why? |

To make things simple and straightforward, we have just standardized the off-peak hours for all 7 days of week by changing the off-peak hours on Sunday for
1. Active10 voice calls
2. Active10 video calls
So the off-peak hours on Sunday which were 12 midnight - 5pm has now changed to 12 midnight - 10 am, effective 22nd June 2008. However, the rate per minute still remains unchanged for peak and off-peak period.

Is it true that Hotlink has increased the call rates for Voice & Video Calls? |

NO. There has been no change in the rate per minute for Voice Calls & Video Calls. However, we have standardized the off-peak hours for all 7 days of week by changing the off-peak hours on Sunday for
1. Active10 voice calls
2. Active10 video calls
So the off-peak hours on Sunday which were 12 midnight - 5pm has now changed to 12 midnight - 10 am, effective 22nd June 2008. This means that from 10am ?5pm on every Sunday, the customers will be charged the peak rate (as applicable on all other days), which is effectively higher than off-peak rate.

The change has been made as a part of our drive to make things SIMPLE for the customers. Hence we are standardizing these MINOR aspects in the system, which will ultimately help us serve our customers better. |

I am not satisfied by these rates. What option do I have? |

You can change from your current rate plan to Hotlink Plan, wherein you can enjoy Active10 flat rate of 15 sen/ min and 1 sen/ SMS. Just dial *108*2# to change to Hotlink Plan. |
