1. What are the countries covered by this service?

2. How can I access i-Share?
  SMS <keyword> to 27007or via UMB by dialing *100# and search under Top Up.

4. Is there any subscription fee for this service?
  No subscription fee to use this service.
   
5. SMS sent for the service is free?
  Yes. All MO and MT SMS are FREE for the service requestor
   
6. This service is opened to all Maxis subscriber?
  Yes. All Maxis customers are allowed to use this service. Both Postpaid (Maxis) and Prepaid (Hotlink, all rate plan)
   
7. How much do I have to pay for the i-Share service?
  Amount payable for each reload denomination will be communicated in the SMS and UMB accordingly.
   
8. If I am a Hotlink prepaid subscriber, how can I qualify to use this service?
  You must be in “active” state and have enough prepaid balance for the i-Share purchase.
   
9. If I am a Hotlink prepaid subscriber, I have credit balance RM10 left but validity has expired. Can I still use i-Share?
  No, you have to be ‘active’ to enjoy this service.
   
10. If I am a Hotlink prepaid subscriber, I have credit balance RM7.00 left. Can I purchase IDR10,000 = RM7.00 via i-Share?
  Yes, there’s no additional charge on top of the communicated amount.
   
11. If I am a Maxis postpaid subscriber, how can I qualify to use this service?
  You must be with Maxis for more than 6 months tenure and is active (not barred).
   
12. If I am a Maxis postpaid subscriber, is there any limitation on purchasing i-Share?
  Yes, you can only purchase RM100 worth of i-Share in each bill cycle.
   
13. How fast does one get the airtime credited?
  Less than 1 minute.
   
14. Does the recipient get any SMS notification when top-up?
  Yes. They will receive a SMS to notify them that the A-party had transferred the credit over with the equivalent overseas operator airtime. i.e. A-party transferred IDR10,000 to B-party Indonesia number, the B-party will also receive a SMS notifying that A-party has transferred IDR10,000 to you. B-party will be advised to check his/her prepaid balance.
   
15. Do Maxis Postpaid/Hotlink Prepaid subs get any SMS when transaction is successful?
  Yes. The Hotlink customer will receive a confirmation SMS when the B-party is topped-up indicating that the transaction is successful and the transferred amount has been deducted from the Hotlink customer’s credit balance OR charged to the monthly bill. i.e. A-party transferred IDR10,000 to B-party Indonesia number, the A-party will receive a confirmation SMS that A-party has successfully transferred IDR10,000 to B-party number. RM7 has been charged to your Hotlink credit balance OR charged to your Maxis bill.
   
16. Will I receive any PIN number when I use i-Share?
  No. This is a pin-less transaction. No PIN is involved.
   
   
17. What happen if the recipient mobile is not switch on when I transfer the airtime?
  The recipient will still receive the airtime transferred from the A-party (Maxis Postpaid/Hotlink Prepaid customer). However, the B-party number will not receive a SMS notification.
   
18. What happen if the recipient mobile is already terminated when I transfer the airtime?
  The transaction will be unsuccessful. A-party will be refunded on the amount deducted.
