How can I take advantage of this promotion?

<Phone Number> and the promotional rate will be applied.
What if I dial the international number without <00> before the <Country Code>?
As long as you dial 132 first, either you dial <00> or not before the <Country Code>, you will still enjoy the promotional Hot IDD 132 rates.
E.g.: To call Indonesia, you can either dial 132<00><62><XXX><XXXXXXX> or 132<62><XXX><XXXXXXX>.
What if I directly dial the international number without 132?
The normal/non-promotional rates will apply.
