• What is the Hotlink Postpaid Exclusive Offer for foodpanda Customers?

  Foodpanda customers will enjoy a Bill Rebate of RM10 x 6 months & RM12 foodpanda Voucher when they register a new* Hotlink Postpaid 40 via the Foodpanda app redirection to Hotlink Online Store from 28 March 2023 till 30 April 2023.

  *New: new mobile line activation with a new number, port-in from another service providers and change from Hotlink Prepaid to Hotlink Postpaid.

• Who can enjoy the offer and how to go about it?

  This offer is open to Foodpanda’s customers who are Malaysian or non-Malaysian, aged 18 years and above; who could new or existing Maxis / Hotlink customer, who receive invitation on the Foodpanda after placing the order on Foodpanda app at “Your Order” tab.
  
  The invitation comes in a form of Hotlink Postpaid banner at “Your Order” tab on the Foodpanda app. Invited customers just need to simply click the banner to proceed for Hotlink Postpaid 40 registrations to enjoy this offer.

  If you sign up, once the registration is successful and the line is activated, the Bill Rebate of RM10 x 6 months will be reflected in your bill from month 2 onwards. The RM12 Foodpanda Voucher* will be sent as a unique code to your registered Hotlink Postpaid 40 mobile number via SMS from sender “Maxis” within 15 days after the successful line activation.

  *The Foodpanda Voucher’s unique code can be redeemed via Foodpanda app. If you have any issue redeeming it, simply contact Foodpanda Customer Support through your Foodpanda app.

• Is there any advance payment or deposit to be paid for the Hotlink Postpaid 40 registration?

  Malaysian: There is no advance payment
  Non-Malaysian: There is a deposit of RM150 to be paid

• Will I be tied down to a contract?

  No, there is no contract for Hotlink Postpaid 40 plan.

• Can I terminate the line after signing up?
