Hotlink Postpaid Stand a Chance to Win with Hotlink Rewards Campaign – FAQs

  • The Hotlink Postpaid’s Stand a Chance to Win with Hotlink Rewards campaign is a loyalty and rewards program for Hotlink Postpaid customers. All eligible Hotlink Postpaid customers will stand a chance to win prizes via the Hotlink Postpaid app.

  • The campaign period is from 26th March 2022 to 7th May 2022.

  • Winners will be selected at random in 2 batches and prizes are as per table below.

    1. All active Hotlink Postpaid customers who are 18 years old and above (excluding Hotlink Prepaid plans subscribers) are eligible to participate.
    2. Eligible participants must use the same Hotlink Postpaid number that participated in the campaign and maintain an active Hotlink Postpaid account. The Hotlink Postpaid account must not be suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever during the campaign period until the selection of winners is finalized and prizes are delivered.
    3. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this campaign-
      1. Permanent or contract employees of Maxis/Hotlink (including its associated or related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses); or
      2. Representatives, dealers, employees and/or agents of Maxis/Hotlink and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses)
    1. Log in to Hotlink Postpaid app, go to “Rewards” tab.
    2. Under the carousel “Win Raya Prizes”, download your preferred prize deals.
    3. Each download is counted as 1 chance to win within the participation periods stated above.
    4. Unlimited downloads are allowed, and no promo code required for this campaign.
    5. Any entry received by our system after 7th May 2022 will be disqualified and considered null and void.
    6. Any prize won is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • You may choose your preferred prize to win by downloading the specific prize deal via the Hotlink Postpaid app as a chance to win. The winner(s) will be randomly chosen by Hotlink

  • Each winner is eligible to win one (1) prize only throughout the campaign period. You may participate unlimited number of times within the campaign period, to increase your chances of winning a prize.

Winner Announcement & Prize Fulfillment

  • Selected winners will be contacted by a Hotlink representative or partner assigned by Hotlink within 21 working days after campaign ends and he/she is deemed as winner if he/ she is able to answer the question about Hotlink correctly. Prizes will be delivered to winners upon confirmation of required details:

     

    Samsung and Apple Prizes:

    • The winner's full name and Identity Card (NRIC) number or passport;
    • Hotlink Prepaid number that participated in the campaign; and
    • Full delivery address.

     

    Cash Voucher Prizes:

    • The winner's full name and Identity Card (NRIC) number or passport;
    • Hotlink Prepaid number that participated in the campaign; and
    • Valid e-mail address for voucher codes and redemption steps to be emailed to winner.

    In the event winner is unable to provide a valid e-mail address, the next eligible participant in sequence will be shortlisted and contacted.
