Hotlink Prepaid Merdeka Rewards – Win Smartphones Every Week Campaign FAQs
The Hotlink Prepaid Merdeka Rewards – Win Smartphones Every Week campaign is a loyalty and rewards program for Hotlink Prepaid customers. All eligible Hotlink Prepaid customers will stand a chance to win prizes via the Hotlink app.
The campaign period is from 26th August 2022 to 23rd September 2022.
Weekly winners will be selected at random as per table below. Selected winners will receive a call within 21 working days from the end of the campaign.

- All active Hotlink Prepaid customers who are 18 years old and above (excluding Hotlink Tourist SIM Plan and Hotlink Postpaid plans subscribers) are eligible to participate.
- Eligible participants must use the same Hotlink Prepaid number that participated in the campaign and maintain an active Hotlink Prepaid account. The Hotlink account must not be suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever during the campaign period until the selection of winners are finalized and prizes are delivered.
- The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this campaign-
- Permanent or contract employees of Maxis/Hotlink (including its associated or related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses); or
- Representatives, dealers, employees and/or agents of Maxis/Hotlink and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses)
- Log in to Hotlink app and go to “Rewards” tab.
- Under the “e-Voucher” category, select and purchase your preferred e-Voucher(s).
- Mechanics for qualifying entry are as below:
- Every e-Voucher purchase below RM10 is counted as one (1) entry per purchase.
- Every e-Voucher purchase of RM10 and above is counted as two (2) entries per purchase
- For new users, the 1st e-Voucher purchase is counted as three (3) entries, and the subsequent e-Voucher purchases will follow the mechanic in point (i) or (ii) above. For clarification, “new users” means a Hotlink customer who has never purchased any e-Voucher before this campaign.
- No minimum purchase of e-Voucher or promo code is required for this campaign.
- Any entry received by our system after 23rd September 2022 will be disqualified and considered null and void.
- Any prize won is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Prizes will be assigned at random to winners.
Each winner is eligible to win one (1) prize only throughout the campaign period. You may participate unlimited number of times within the campaign period, to increase your chances of winning a prize.
All Hotlink e-voucher purchases are non-refundable. This campaign terms & conditions state that participants of this campaign are also bound by Hotlink e-Voucher terms and conditions. Winner Announcement & Prize Fulfillment
Selected winners will be contacted by a Hotlink representative or partner assigned by Hotlink within 21 working days after the campaign ends, and he/she is deemed as winner if he/ she is able to answer the question correctly. Prizes will be delivered to winners upon confirmation of required details:
- The winner's full name and Identity Card (NRIC) number or passport;
- Hotlink Prepaid number that participated in the campaign must maintain an active Hotlink Prepaid account until the selection of winners are finalized and prizes are delivered; and
- Full delivery address.
