What is Win with Hotlink Rewards Campaign?
The Win with Hotlink Rewards campaign is a loyalty and rewards program for Hotlink Prepaid customers. All eligible Hotlink prepaid customers will stand a chance to win weekly prizes via the Hotlink app.
What is the campaign period?
The campaign period is from 1st to 30th June 2021.
What are the prizes to be won?
On a weekly basis, 9 winners will be selected at random, and prizes are as per table below.

Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
- All active Hotlink Prepaid customers who are of 18 years old and above (excluding Hotlink Tourist SIM Plan and Hotlink Postpaid plans subscribers) are eligible to participate.
- Eligible participants must use the same Hotlink number that participated in the Hotlink Rewards Daily Giveaways Campaign and maintain an active Hotlink account. The Hotlink account must not be suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever during the campaign period until the selection of winners is finalized and prizes are delivered.
- The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this campaign -
- Permanent or contract employees of Maxis/Hotlink (including its associated or related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); or
- Representatives, dealers, employees and/or agents of Maxis/Hotlink and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses)
How do I join the campaign & what are the conditions?
- Log in to Hotlink app and go to “Rewards” tab.
- At the “e-Voucher” category, select and purchase your preferred e-Voucher(s).
- Each e-Voucher purchased is counted as one (1) entry to stand a chance to win prize of the week under this Campaign.
- Each purchase of e-Voucher priced RM 10 and above, you will get two (2) entries to stand a chance to win prize of the week. You can purchase 1 or more e-Vouchers per week.
- No minimum purchase of e-Voucher or promo code is required for this Campaign.
- Any entry received by our system after 30th June 2021 will be disqualified and considered null and void.
- Any prize won is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Can I choose to win either of the prizes mentioned above?
Prizes will be assigned at random to weekly winners.
Can I win multiple prizes?
Each winner is eligible to win one (1) prize only throughout the campaign period. You may participate unlimited number of times within the campaign period, to increase your chances of winning a prize.
I have purchased one or more Hotlink e-Vouchers during the campaign period, but I did not win. Can I get a refund on my Hotlink e-Voucher purchases?
All Hotlink e-voucher purchases are non-refundable. This campaign terms & conditions states that participants of this campaign are also bound by Hotlink e-Voucher terms and conditions. Winner Announcement & Prize Fulfillment
If I am a winner, how will I be informed of the prize I won and method of receiving my prize? Winners will be selected weekly, and all winners will be contacted by a Hotlink representative or partner assigned by Hotlink within 14 working days after campaign ends. Prizes will be delivered to winners upon confirmation of required details:
- The winner's full name and Identity Card (NRIC) number or passport;
- Hotlink number that participated in the Win with Hotlink Rewards Campaign; and
- Full delivery address.
