Can I buy multiple IDD Hot Tickets and IDD Minutes?
Yes, you may purchase multiple Hot Tickets. However, there is a maximum of 10 purchases per a day and a cap of 300 minutes at any one time. Therefore if you already have the maximum 300 mins and you purchase another Hot Ticket, your total minutes will remain at 300 minutes.
However, there will be a limit of 3 purchases per day for each customer for HT IDD Bangladesh RM3. The limit is to ensure a fair usage among customers, so that we are able to offer the best network quality and services.
Do the IDD Hot Tickets & IDD Minutes Bundle work when I am roaming?
