This a loyalty and rewards programme that allows Hotlink prepaid customers to stand a chance to win a free phone EVERY DAY via the Hotlink RED App.
What is the campaign period?
The campaign period is from 1 July 2019 to 31 August 2019.
How do I participate in the Free Phones Every Day Campaign?
It is as easy as 1-2-3
a)Log in to Hotlink RED app and go to “Deals” tab.
b)Find the “Free Phones Every Day” deal or search under Hot Deals category..
c)Redeem the “Free Phones Every Day” deal with 5 Hotlink Reward Points. Only 1 redemption a day. Each redemption is counted as 1 chance on the day of redemption.
Eligible Participants will stand a chance to win one (1) free phone every day during the campaign period.
No promo code required for this campaign.
What can I win?
You stand a chance to win one (1) phone daily - either a Samsung Galaxy S10+ OR Samsung Galaxy A30 OR Samsung Galaxy A10.
Can I choose to win either Samsung Galaxy S10+ OR Samsung Galaxy A30 OR Samsung Galaxy A10?
The phone will be assigned by Hotlink.
Can I win multiple phones?
Each winner is eligible to win one (1) phone only throughout the campaign period. But all subscribers are eligible to redeem the “Free Phones Every Day” deal via Hotlink Red App every day for your chance to win.
How will I know if I am the winner and which phone has been won?
If you win, you will be contacted by a Hotlink representative within 30 working days after the campaign ends.
I have redeemed the free phone deal with 5 Reward Points, but I didn’t win. Can I get a refund on my Reward Points?
Reward Points used to redeem the “Free Phones Every Day” deal are NOT refundable.
Phone Delivery & Fulfillment
How will I receive my prize?
You will be contacted by a Hotlink representative to confirm your details, address and time of delivery. The prize will then be delivered to the agreed destination.
The prize may only be delivered after verification of:
a)Full name and Identity Card (NRIC) number/Passport;
b)Hotlink number that participated in the Hotlink Rewards Free Phones Every Day Campaign; and
c)Full delivery address.
