What is the RM 5 Credit with Hotlink & Snapchat campaign?
The RM 5 Credit with Hotlink & Snapchat is a loyalty and reward program promoted by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Hotlink”) for Hotlink prepaid customers. All eligible Hotlink prepaid customers will be rewarded when they download Snapchat app and add a friend via the app for the first time.
What is the campaign period?
The campaign period is 22 May 2020 to 20 June 2020.
Is this a limited time offer campaign?
The RM 5 credit will be given to the first 50,000 Hotlink users that meet the eligibility criteria.
Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
- All active Hotlink Prepaid customers on all rate plans except Hotlink Tourist SIM.
- You will need to have an active Hotlink account in order to receive the reward.
How do I claim my RM5 credit with this campaign?
It’s easy, just follow these few steps:
- You will have to download the Snapchat app for the first time.
- Open the app, tap ‘Sign Up’ and enter your details, preferred Snapchat username and password to create a new account.
- Select either mobile number or email to complete the account security verification.
- Allow access to your phone contact list and add at least one (1) or more friends. Alternatively, you may go to the account page and tap ‘Add Friends’ to do so.
- The RM5 will be credited into your Hotlink account.
What are the eligibility criteria to take note of for this campaign?
Here are a few simple things for you to take note of:
- You must be a Hotlink user to participate in this campaign.
- You must use your Hotlink mobile data to download and add a friend on Snapchat app.
- You must be a new user of the Snapchat app. New user is defined as a Hotlink user who does not have any Snapchat app data usage in the past 90 days from the commencement date of campaign period, and
- You must add at least one (1) friend after downloading the Snapchat app, or have any Snapchat app data usage above 1MB throughout the campaign period.
- Each Hotlink user is eligible to receive the credit of RM5 once (1) only throughout the campaign period.
- The Hotlink account must not be terminated for any reason whatsoever during the campaign period.
How long will it take for me to receive the credit?
Once you fulfill the eligibility criteria above, RM5 will be credited to your Hotlink account within 10 working days. Please note that each Hotlink account is eligible to receive the RM5 credit once (1) only throughout the campaign period.
I performed the steps as instructed above and I have not received my RM5 credit.
