What is the RM 5 Cashback with Hotlink & Touch ‘n Go eWallet campaign?

The RM 5 Cashback with Hotlink & Touch ‘n Go eWallet Campaign is a loyalty and rewards program promoted by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Hotlink”) for Hotlink Prepaid customers. All eligible Hotlink prepaid customers will get cashback rewards when they top up via Hotlink app, by selecting the HotlinkMu Touch ‘n Go eWallet offer.

What is the campaign period?

The campaign period is from 4th May 2020 to 3rd July 2020.

Is this a limited time offer campaign?

The RM 5 cashback reward is applicable for the first 200,000 Hotlink account & Touch ‘n Go eWallet account.

Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
  • Open to all active Hotlink Prepaid customers on all rate plans except Hotlink Tourist SIM.
  • You will need to have an active Hotlink account and Touch ‘n Go eWallet account in order to receive the cashback reward.
How do I claim my cashback with this campaign?

It’s easy, just follow these few steps:

  • Log in to Hotlink app, go to ‘Home’ tab and click on “Top Up” at the ‘Balance’ section.
  • Under ‘HotlinkMU Offers’, select and accept the RM 10 Touch ‘n Go eWallet top up offer. You will see a ‘thumbs up’ icon as acknowledgement.
  • Select eWallet with the ‘thumbs up’ icon as payment type.
  • Next select RM 10 or above as the top up amount, followed by Touch ‘n Go eWallet as the payment method.
  • Once you have successfully topped up, you will receive the cashback into the same Hotlink account and Touch ‘n Go eWallet account that was used to perform the top up transaction (RM 2.50 cashback each).

Please note that the cashback will only be given to the Hotlink account and Touch ‘n Go eWallet account that was used to complete the top up transaction following the steps stated above.

What is the Hotlink top up amount required for this campaign?

You must top up RM 10 and above to be able to receive your cashback reward. The maximum cashback per top up transaction is RM 5.

What are the eligibility criteria to take note of for this campaign?

Here are a few simple things for you to take note of:

  • You must accept the Touch ‘n Go eWallet top up offer under ‘HotlinkMu Offers’ section via Hotlink app,
  • You can only accept the HotlinkMU Touch ‘n Go eWallet top up offer once (1) throughout the campaign period,
  • Each Hotlink account and Touch ‘n Go eWallet account that topped up is eligible to receive cashback (RM 2.50 each) once (1) only throughout the campaign period; and
  • To receive the cashback reward, you must top up according to the accepted HotlinkMU top up amount by 11.59pm on the same day.
Will I receive the cashback reward if I top up my Hotlink account using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app instead?

No. You will only be rewarded if you top up using your Hotlink app, by selecting the Touch ‘n Go eWallet HotlinkMU offer.

How will I receive my cashback reward?

Upon successful top up transaction, the RM 5 cashback will be rewarded to you automatically. It will be as follows:

  • RM 2.50 will be credited to the Hotlink account used to perform the top up transaction.
  • RM 2.50 will be credited to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account used to perform the top up transaction.

Please note each Hotlink account and Touch ‘n Go eWallet account is eligible to receive cashback of RM 2.50 each once (1) only throughout the Campaign Period.

How long will it take for me to receive the cashback reward?

Upon successful top up of RM 10 and above, you will receive your cashback within 3 working days.

How do I use the cashback reward that I received?

You may spend your cashback via the available options on the respective apps you have received the cashback from – Hotlink app and Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.

I topped up RM 10 via Hotlink Red app by selecting the Touch ‘n Go eWallet payment method under ‘Choose A Method’ section, and I have not received my cashback.
  • If you did not receive your Hotlink cashback, just call us at 123, our Hotlink Customer Service.
  • If you did not receive your cashback from Touch ‘n Go eWallet (with all conditions fulfilled), please contact Touch ‘n Go eWallet Customer Careline at +603-5022 3888 or email tngewalletcs@tngdigital.com.my. Kindly provide your details and payment/transactions history as supporting details for our investigation.
If I have received my cashback reward during the first time top up and perform another top up of RM 10 for the second time, will I be eligible to receive the cashback reward again?

No. You are eligible to receive the cashback reward ONCE (1) only throughout the campaign period.
