What is Message Plus?
Message Plus includes these 3 features below:
|Auto Reply||Auto Reply Allows the subscriber to automatically reply to incoming SMS from another Maxis subscriber with a predefined/personalized SMS message instantly. SMS from Other Local Operator will not receive the Auto Reply message
|Blacklist||Enables subscriber to block other Maxis number from sending SMS to his/ her number. Service cannot block any Other Local Operator numbers, International numbers or External Content Provider (ECP)
|Copy||Allows subscriber to automatically forward a copy of the SMS received from a Maxis number to another Maxis subscriber, other local operator or to email address

Is there any charge to use the service?
Yes, there is a weekly subscription of RM0.50 per week. Also, the SMS charges will be as below:

- Auto Reply: Usage will be charged for each auto reply sent
- Blacklist: No charges will incurred in this service
- Copy: Will be charged for each SMS copied to destination numbers
- i.e. One SMS copied to 8 Maxis numbers, 8 x .05 = 0.40 sen

My Message Plus service has been temporarily suspended due to failed renewal. Will I still able to change Message Plus settings in *100# and SMS (shortcode 21000)?
Yes, you will still able to change the settings during suspended period but it will only take effect after service is resumed.
