Terms & Conditions

Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – 12.12 Hotlink Online Exclusive Deals Campaign

    1. The Campaign: 12.12 Hotlink Online Exclusive Deals Campaign
    2. You: Person(s) signing up for the Maxis Device Contract (“Participating Plan”) .
    3. Campaign Period: Effective from 1 December 2022 until 12 December 2022 (both dates inclusive).
    4. The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
    5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    7. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
    1. You must be a new or existing customer of Hotlink to sign up Participating Plan during the Campaign Period who is at least 18 years of age (“Eligible Person(s)”).
    2. You are ineligible for the Campaign if you have any outstanding payments with us.
    3. The Campaign is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    4. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and the giving out of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit (“Rewards”) are subject to our absolute discretion.
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Participating Plan both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes
    1. To participate in this Campaign, an Eligible Person is required to sign up for any Participating Mobile Device as stated in clause 15 under the Participating Plan during the Campaign Period via Hotlink Online Store at https://www.hotlink.com.my/.
    2. By signing up the Participating Hotlink Plan(s), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Participating Plan as follows: -
      1. Maxis Device Contract, its SSTC at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/maxis-device-contract/.
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful registration of the Participating Plan, you will get to enjoy the following Rewards:

    (i) Rewards will be given on a “first come first serve” basis to the first 200-Eligible Persons who have successfully signed up and activated any of the Participating Hotlink Plan(s) during  the Campaign Period (“Condition”);

    (ii) Fulfillment of the RM30 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit will be credited into the eligible customer’s Touch’ n Go eWallet account by 22nd December.

    1. You shall NOT during the Campaign Period:
      1. terminate or suspend the registered Participating Plan;
      2. fail to activate the registered Participating Plan; and
      3. change or transfer ownership of the registered Participating Plan to another person.
    2. If any of the events in Clause 16 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Rewards.
    1. The Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
    2. Only one (1) Reward will be given per each Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network (MSISDN) for each new subscription and activation of the Participating Plan.
    3. You are responsible to utilise the Rewards before the expiry date. Any Rewards unutilised/ redeemed are not returnable / refundable.
    4. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of Touch ‘n Go, and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Rewards and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Rewards.
