Terms & Conditions

Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Get Touch n’ Go PIN via Jualan Riang Raya (Hotlink) 

Version 18th April 2022

    1. The Campaign: Get Touch n’ Go PIN via Jualan Riang Raya (Hotlink).
    2. You: Person(s) signing up for the following plans under this Campaign:
      1. Maxis Device Contract; or
      2. Hotlink Postpaid
        referred to as “Hotlink Plan(s)”. 
    3. Campaign Period: from 25 April 2022 until 31 May 2022 (both dates inclusive).
    4. The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/. 
    5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    7. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
    1. You must be a new or existing customer of Hotlink who port-in to Hotlink or sign up any of the Hotlink Plan(s) during the Campaign Period who are at least 18 years of age (“Eligible Person”).
    2. You are ineligible for the Campaign if you have any outstanding payments with us.
    3. The Campaign is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber. 
    4. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and the giving out of the RM20.00 Touch ‘n Go reload PIN (“Rewards”) are subject to our absolute discretion. 
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Hotlink Plan(s) both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges excludes applicable taxes.
    1. To participate in the Campaign, an Eligible Person is required to sign up for any of the Hotlink Plan(s) during the Campaign Period on Hotlink Online Store found at https://www.hotlink.com.my:

    1. Depending on your subscription plan during the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and condition of each of the Hotlink Plan(s) as follows:-
      1. Maxis Device Contract, its SSTC at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/products/postpaid/maxis-device-contract/  
      2. Hotlink Postpaid, its SSTC at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/products/postpaid/sstc/  
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful registration of any of the Hotlink Plan(s), you will enjoy the following Rewards: 
    Hotlink Plan(s) Rewards’ Terms
    Maxis Device Contract 

    (i) For the first 600 Eligible Person only who successfully signed up and activated Maxis Device Contract, on first come first serve basis; 

    (ii) For customers who purchase Mobile Device in April 2022, you will receive the RM20.00 Touch 'n Go reload PIN via SMS by 13th May 2022; and

    (iii) For customers who purchase Mobile Device in May 2022, you will receive the RM20.00 Touch ‘n Go reload PIN by 11th June 2022.

    Hotlink Postpaid 

    (i) For the first 400 Eligible Person only who successfully signed up and activated Hotlink Postpaid, on first come first serve basis;

    (ii) For customers who purchase Hotlink Postpaid in April 2022, you will receive the RM20.00 Touch 'n Go reload PIN via email by 13th May 2022; and

    (iii) For customers who purchase Hotlink Postpaid in May 2022, you will receive the RM20.00 Touch ‘n Go reload PIN via email by 11th June 2022.

    1. You shall NOT during the Campaign Period:
      1. terminate or suspend the registered Hotlink Plan(s); 
      2. fail to activate the registered Hotlink Plan(s); 
      3. change or transfer ownership of the registered Hotlink Plan(s) to another person.
    2. If any of the events in Clause 17 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Rewards.
    1. The Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
    2. Only one (1) Reward will be given: 
      1. for Maxis Device Contract, per each MSISDN for new subscription;
      2. for Hotlink Postpaid, per each MSISDN for new subscription
    3. Rewards are on first come, first served basis.
    4. You are responsible to utilise the Rewards before the expiry date. Any Rewards unutilised/ redeemed are not returnable / refundable.
