Service Specific Terms And Conditions ("SSTC") – Bagus EC/EM Top Up Promo

    1. The Promo: Bagus EC/EM Top Up Promo
    2. You: Person(s) signing up for the Promo.
    3. The use of the Promo is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all  at www.maxis.com.my/tnc
    4. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    5. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    6. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, Promo and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Promo and Service(s) at www.hotlink.com.my , changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Promo (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Plan(s) and/or Promo shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you may discontinue using the Plan and/or Promo, failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

    1. For every RM5 to RM9 top-up, subscribers will be rewarded with:-
      1. Free 10 Minutes calls to Maxis/Hotlink numbers that are valid for 3 days
    1. For every RM10 to RM29 top-up, subscribers will be rewarded with:-
      1. Free 60 Minutes calls to Maxis/Hotlink numbers that are valid for 5 days.
    1. For every RM30 and above topped up, subscribers will be rewarded with:-
      1. Free 120 Minutes calls to Maxis/Hotlink numbers that are valid for 15 days,
    1. All existing and new subscribers of Bagus Kelantan, Bagus Terengganu, Bagus Sabah, Bagus Sarawak are eligible for the promotion.
    2. Offer is not valid for pinless ReloadPlus, Share A Top Up, Post Aid Top Up, Ask A Top Up, SOS Top and Hot Ticket Top Up.
    1. The FREE Minutes offer is on a promotional basis only
    2. The FREE Minutes will be automatically credited into your Hotlink account instantly upon top up.
    3. For any calls to a Maxis/Hotlink number, the FREE Minutes will be utilized first.
    4. The FREE Minutes are in 60-second charging block.
    5. You acknowledge and accept, for the voice allocated with the Promo Free minutes:
      1. applies to domestic mobile/fixed ON-net (Maxis to Maxis calls)
      2. are valid for use within Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan and Terengganu regions only and only applicable for calls originating from Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan and Terengganu regions to all Maxis/Hotlink networks.
      3. are for standard person-to-person calls and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage;
      4.  is NOT meant for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we consider to be non-standard usage.
      5. FREE minutes will not be applicable once you are out of Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan and Terengganu regions.
    1. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage. 
      1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP)
      4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
