Hotlink Superrr Video Pass

    1. The Offer: Hotlink Superrr Video Pass
    2. Offer Period: Start date begins on 17th July 2018 and will continue until further notice from Maxis
    3. The use of Hotlink Happy Hour is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/FUP.
    4. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    5. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    6. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, Promo and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Promo and Service(s) at www.hotlink.com.my/e, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Promo (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Plan(s) and/or Promo shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you may discontinue using the Plan and/or Promo, failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

    1. The IDD credit is applicable to IDD Calls/SMS to 10 selected countries for both fixed and mobile lines.

    1. The IDD credit is applicable to both premium IDD and IDD 132 calls.
    2. Calls to special numbers (including but not exclusive to 1-300, 1-800, and others) will incur charges per applicable rates.
    3. In the even you purchase multiple Superrr Video passes, the IDD credit will stack and the IDD credit will expire according to the latest pass validity.
    4. One account can have a maximum capacity of RM100 IDD credit at any one time.
    1. The RM10 Superrr Video pass comes with 1GB internet and 1GB YouTube. The 1GB YouTube is applicable for all streaming and downloads on the YouTube application only.
    2. Any YouTube browsing that is hosted on a 3rd party applications will not be covered under the 1GB YouTube quota and will deduct from your base quota.
    3. Certain Google applications may also utilize the 1GB quota and Google and YouTube may share the same IPs.
    4. In the event you have multiple internet passes, quota will always be drawn from the YouTube pass first with the exception of midnight passes and certain HotlinkMU short validity passes.
    5. The Superrr Video passes are stackable.
    1. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Offer and/or Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Offer and/or Service(s) if your usage:
      1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP)
      4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
