Terms & Conditions

Free calls to Hotlink FRIENDZ

    1. Customers who activated Hotlink Fast from 8th Dec2016 onwards are entitled for Free calls up to 5 Hotlink Friendz (Maxis/Hotlink numbers only). SMS rates to Hotlink Friendz will be at 1sen/SMS.
    2. First add/registration of 5 Friendz are Free of charge. Subsequent changes will be charged at RM10/setting.
    3. This service is only valid when a subscriber’s status is Active, and is subject to a monthly fair usage policy of 1000 minutes per month. Upon exhaustion of maximum allocated minutes, subsequent call rates will be charged at 15sen/30seconds.
    4. Free calls are only valid for domestic calls only. Standard roaming charges apply when a call is made to Hotlink Friendz while roaming.
    5. In the event the registered Friendz is no longer with Hotlink/Maxis, standard call/sms rates of Hotlink Fast Plan will be applied.
    1. All existing Hotlink customers of any plan can migrate to New Hotlink FAST plan, except for, Hotlink Super IDD, Hotlink Kelantan, Hotlink Terengganu, Hotlink Sabah, Hotlink Sarawak Plan, Hotlink Tablet & Broadband Plan.
    2. You will be charged a fee upon successful migration:
      • RM1 for old Fast Plan (activation of Fast Plan prior to 8th Dec 2016)
      • RM5 for other Hotlink Plans
    1. Your Activ10 settings will be removed upon successful migration to this new plan.
    2. For non Fast Plans, your account lifecycle will reset to 30 active days with 50 days grace period.
    3. Upon successful migration to the Hotlink FAST Plan, migration to other Hotlink Plans is not allowed.
    4. Validity 90/365 is not valid on this plan. All existing subscriptions & purchases (e.g.: Mobile Internet Passes, Hot Tickets, etc.) will be retained after migration until the pass expires
