Hotlink FAST 3.0 EC/EM New Subscriber Promo - Terms & Conditions


GENERAL

  1. The Promo: Hotlink FAST 3.0 EC/EM New Subscriber Promo
  2. You: Person(s) signing up for the Promo.
  3. The use of the Promo is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/tnc
  4. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  5. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
  6. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, Promo and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Promo and Service(s) at www.hotlink.com.my/e), including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Promo (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Plan(s) and/or Promo shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you may discontinue using the Plan and/or Promo, failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.


Promo Period

  1. Start Date: 8th June 2017
  2. End Date: 31st August 2017
  3. Rewards Period: 6 months


Promo Mechanics

  1. For every cumulative RM30 topup, subscribers will be rewarded with
    1. Free 1GB Internet Pass valid for 7 days
  1. This pass will only be rewarded upon the first cumulative RM30 topup of the calendar month. Any subsequent RM30 topup within the month will not reward the internet pass.
  2. This promo will last for 6 months for all eligible subscribers based on the section below.


Eligibility

  1. All new subscribers of Hotlink FAST 3.0 Kelantan, Hotlink FAST 3.0 Terengganu, Hotlink FAST 3.0 Sabah, Hotlink FAST 3.0 Sarawak are eligible for the promotion.
    1. All new subscribers within the Promo Period are eligible for the promo for a total of 6 MONTHS
  1. Subscribers who change rate plan from another Hotlink rate plan (such as #hotlink) are NOT eligible for this promotion.
  2. Offer is not valid for pinless ReloadPlus, Share A Top Up, Post Aid Top Up, Ask A Top Up, SOS Top and Hot Ticket Top Up.


Free 1GB for 7 days Internet Pass

  1. The FREE 1GB for 7 days Internet Pass offer is on a promotional basis only.
  2. The FREE 1GB/Day Late Night Pass will be automatically credited into your Hotlink account within 72 hours upon top up.
  3. You acknowledge and accept, for the data allocated with the Promo FREE 1GB/Day Late Night Pass:
    1. applies to:
      1.Internet browsing, streaming and usage
    2. do not apply to:
      1.P2P file downloads / sharing
    3. are for standard internet browsing, streaming and usage, and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage;
    4. is NOT meant for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we consider to be non-standard usage.
    5. FREE data will not be applicable once you are out of Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan and Terengganu regions.
  1. For any data usage within the applicable service/time, the data from Free Unlimited Facebook & Late Night Pass will be utilized first.


Things we may do to the Promo

  1. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:
    1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
    2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
    3. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP)
    4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
