Step 1
Download the Hotlink app on your respective mobile devices and log in with your Hotlink mobile number

Step 2
Top up Hotlink account through the channels below for FREE Hotlink Reward Points

(i) Online banking (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Pbe Online Banking etc)
(ii) Banking apps (MAE, M2U MY, CIMB Clicks, HLB Connect Mobile Banking etc)
(iii) eWallet apps (TNG eWallet, GrabPay or Boost)
(iv) MaxisPay: Online Banking/Credit/Debit card/e-Wallet top up via Hotlink app or Hotlink Website self-serve portal

Step 3
Cumulate the Hotlink Reward Points and redeem your favourite items from Hotlink Rewards catalogue in Hotlink app 


(i) Top up Denomination RM5 gets 5 Hotlink Reward Points; or
(ii) Top up Denomination RM10 and RM20 gets 25 Hotlink Reward Points; or
(iii) Top up Denomination RM30, RM50, RM60 or RM100 gets 50 Hotlink Reward Points.

ELIGIBILITY This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents who are 18 and above only.
  1. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by
    1. This SSTC;  and
    2. Hotlink General Terms and Conditions at conditions/hotlink/personal-hotlink-prepaid/general/general-tnc/.
      Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in you be disqualified for the Campaign. 
  2. Top up under this Campaign is not valid via top up ticket, top up over counter and/or e-reload.

  3. Hotlink Reward Points earned under this Campaign are subject to the following:-
    1. all Hotlink Reward Points earned from each top up during the Campaign period will be recorded in your Hotlink account and accessible via Hotlink app. Hotlink Reward Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash;
    2. Hotlink Reward Points can be used to redeem Hotlink Deals under the Rewards section in the Hotlink app; 
    3. all utilized points are non-refundable;
    4. as each Hotlink Deal may have different redemption methods and expiry dates, you are required to read the instructions carefully before redeeming any deal; and
    5. Other terms and condition to Hotlink Reward Points at (“Hotlink Rewards Terms and Conditions”) may apply.
    You hereby consent to us to process your personal data in accordance with Maxis Group Privacy Policy at You acknowledge and agree that Maxis Group Privacy Policy shall form an integral part of this Campaign terms and conditions. You must ensure that all personal information/personal data provided to us is accurate at the point of submission and that you will update and inform us of any change in your personal information/personal data.

  5. The laws of Malaysia shall in all respects govern this Campaign. 

  6. We reserve the right-
    1. to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary or add to this SSTC without prior notice at any time and you shall be bound to such changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations or additions;
    2. at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or delay the Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By continued participation in this Campaign, you will be deemed to have accepted any changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations or additions. 

  7. This Campaign is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Campaign and the deal to be redeemed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security and accuracy. 

  8. In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Campaign, and your participation in the Campaign.

  9. Maxis shall not be liable to the participants or for any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in this Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Maxis.

  10. Maxis is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.

  11. Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of this Campaign or to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
