Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Hotlink Postpaid 12-Months Extra Mobile Internet Data Promotion

Version [28 July 2022] 

    1. The Promotion: Increase Hotlink Postpaid mobile internet data for twelve (12) months: -
      • (a) Hotlink Postpaid 40 with free 8GB data for 12 months (“Offer A”); and
      • (b) Hotlink Postpaid 60 with free 10GB data for 12 months (“Offer B”).
      • (Offer A and Offer B shall be collectively referred to as “the Offer”)
    2. You: Person(s) signing up for either Offer A or Offer B or both during the Promotion Period.
    3. Promotion availability period: 28th July 2022 to 31st December 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
    4. By signing up the Offer, you will get: -
      • (a) 8GB extra mobile internet on Hotlink Postpaid 40 for RM40 every month up to twelve (12) months; or
      • (b) 10GB extra mobile internet on Hotlink Postpaid 60 for RM60 every month up to twelve (12) months.
    5. This Promotion is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/, Hotlink Postpaid Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“Hotlink Postpaid SSTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/sstc/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
    6. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    7. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and the Hotlink Postpaid SSTC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) Hotlink SSTC; and (c) GTC.
    8. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, plan(s) and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Services and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
    1. The Promotion is only eligible to all Hotlink Postpaid 40 or Hotlink Postpaid 60 subscribers including new activation customers, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) customers, customers requesting for Service Migration from prepaid to postpaid..
    2. You are ineligible for this Promotion if you owe us any payments.
    3. The Promotion is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    4. During the Promotion Period, you are entitled to sign up two (2) Hotlink Postpaid lines per NRIC or passport.
    1. When you sign up the Offer, the extra free mobile internet data will be given every month from the start of your bill cycle and reflected in your bill cycle for a period of twelve (12) months only. Thereafter, your monthly mobile internet data will be reduced to the Hotlink Postpaid plan which you have subscribed to.
    2. For the mobile internet data (including the extra data allocated with the Offer under this Promotion), you acknowledge and accept that:-
      • (a) You will experience data browsing at reduced speeds but with no excess charges if any usage exceeds the allocated mobile internet; and
      • (b) The mobile internet package allocated within the Plan(s) is exclusively for domestic usage only.
    1. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:-
