• When will this switch happen?

  Your plan will be automatically upgraded to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited plan on 6 August 2025. No action is required from your end.

• Are there any charges for upgrading me to this new plan?

  No, you have been selected to upgrade to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited for FREE.

• How will I know if my plan has been successfully switched?

  You will receive an SMS confirmation once your plan has been successfully switched to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited plan.

  Upon upgrading to the Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited plan, you will enjoy a wider range of competitive and flexible internet passes, designed to give you more value. These include:

• What will happen to my existing balance & pass subscriptions after I switch to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited?

  Credit Balance: Your current credit balance remains unchanged and will carry over to your new Hotlink Prepaid plan.

  Validity Period: Your validity period will be updated to align with the new plan, without reducing your remaining days.

  HotlinkMU Passes: All active HotlinkMU passes will automatically carry forward to your new plan.

  Other Mobile Internet Passes: Mobile Internet Passes not part of HotlinkMU will expire when you upgrade. To ensure fairness: We’ll replace the remaining value of these passes with equivalent mobile internet passes within 24 hours of your upgrade.

  Seamless Transition: As a goodwill gesture, you’ll receive a FREE 3GB 1-Day pass after upgrading to ensure uninterrupted mobile internet usage.

  Previous Plan Benefits: Benefits tied exclusively to your old plan will no longer apply after upgrading.

• Can I change my plan to any other Hotlink Plans after switching to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited?

  Yes, you may upgrade to Hotlink Prepaid Plan or Pantas plan via Hotlink app anytime at a fee of RM2.
