Hotlink Pantas - General

  • The Hotlink Pantas starter pack is RM10 and preloaded with RM5 credit. Upon activation, the plan gives you 5 active days and 30 inactive days.

  • The Hotlink Pantas Online Bundle pack is RM25. This pack is preloaded with RM2 credit and a 10GB Internet pass. The 10GB internet pass is valid for 365 days. Upon activation, the plan gives you 60 active days and 30 inactive days.

  • With Hotlink Pantas plan, you will enjoy a flat rate of 30sen/60-sec for calls & 15sen/SMS to all local networks. Video call is same rate as voice call.

  • With Hotlink Pantas, you just need to purchase any of the mobile internet passes to start using the internet. This pack does not come with FREE Basic Internet.

  • To manage your account easily and enjoy our wide variety of rewards, download Hotlink app from Google Play or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you may dial *100# to manage your account.

  • During the inactive period, you can only receive incoming calls and SMS. To be able to make calls, send SMS, & surf the internet, please perform a top up. To avoid account termination and mobile number expiry, top up before the end of the inactive period to keep your Hotlink active.

  • Your unused credit during the inactive period will be frozen, and you can only receive incoming calls and SMS. Upon your next top up, your unused credit balance will be combined with your top up amount.

  • During the inactive period, you will not be able to use the balance quota from your Internet pass. Top up to continue using your Internet pass.

  • Your Hotlink Plan will be renamed as Hotlink Pantas. In regards to your mobile internet passes, you will be able to enjoy the passes that you have purchased until it is depleted or until the validity expires.

  • Your current SIM/account validity will remain until you perform your next top up transaction.

    For example, currently if your SIM/account is valid till March 30th, after March 30th, should you choose to perform a top up of more than RM10, your SIM/account validity will be extended by 30 days.

    If however you choose to perform a top up of RM5, your SIM/account validity will be extended by 5 days.
