What are the Hotlink App features?
You can check your balance, perform certain data purchases, manage your Hotlink account and receive updates on the latest #LIVELIFELOUD events via this app.
Are there any data charges when I use the app?
There are no data charges on the Hotlink RED app if you are a Maxis or Hotlink customer.
Can I add/delete the value added services (VAS)?
That service is currently unavailable via the Hotlink RED app.
Can I add/remove Active10?
Yes you can manage Activ10 from MyAccount section.
Can a Maxis postpaid customer download the app on his postpaid phone and use it to check his Hotlink account?
Currently the self care function is only applicable to Hotlink users. A Postpaid user can still view our promotions / events update.
