Hotlink Postpaid Mobile Devices Online Campaign FAQ
The first 500 Eligible Participants who successfully purchase or sign-up mobile device pursuant to Maxis Device Contract at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/products/postpaid/maxis-device-contract/ during the Campaign Period will be entitled to RM30 TNG e-wallet credit on a first-come, first-served basis.
The campaign will start from 18th November until 17th March 2022 (both dates inclusive).
Hotlink Postpaid Mobile Devices Online Campaign with free RM30 TNG credit extended to 17-March-2022. The RM30 TNG credit for customer who purchase a device is cap at 1st 500 customer only, campaign will end earlier if we hit the limit.
The Campaign is available via Hotlink Online Store at https://store.hotlink.com.my/ and valid for all new and existing Hotlink postpaid 60 customers (“Eligible Participants”) who:
- port-in to Hotlink and purchase at least one (1) mobile device;
- upgrade to Hotlink postpaid 60 plan from any Hotlink prepaid plan and purchase at least one (1) mobile device;
- upgrade to Hotlink postpaid 60 plan from Hotlink 30/40 plan and purchase at least one (1) mobile device; or
- sign up another Maxis Device Contract as a new Hotlink postpaid account.
You will receive the RM30 TNG e-wallet credit code via SMS within 14 working days once we confirmed the delivery and activation of the mobile device.
