  The Hotlink Kongsi Raya Promotion 2026 is a limited-time offer where eligible Hotlink Postpaid customers can enjoy Bonus Data every month for 12 consecutive months.

• When is the promotion period?

  The promotion starts from 29th January 2026 and ends on 31st March 2026.

• Who is eligible for this promotion?

  This offer is open to:

  • New Customers: Individuals who sign up for a new line under Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60, or 70.
  • Existing Customers: Current Hotlink Postpaid users who upgrade their plan during the promotion period as follows:
    • From Postpaid 30 to Postpaid 45, 60, or 70.
    • From Postpaid 45 to Postpaid 60 or 70.
    • From Postpaid 60 to Postpaid 70.

• What are the benefits of this promotion?

  Depending on your plan, you will receive the following monthly bonus data for 12 months:

• How do I utilize the Bonus Data?

  The Bonus Data is designed to be used first. It will be automatically utilized before your base plan’s data quota.

• Does the unused Bonus Data carry forward?

  No. Any unutilized Bonus Data at the end of your billing cycle will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the next month.

• What happens if I change or downgrade my plan?

  If you change to a non-eligible plan or downgrade your current plan within the 12-month period, your Bonus Data entitlement will be automatically terminated.

• Is the Bonus Data exchangeable for cash?

  No, the Bonus Data is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other form of refund.

• When will I see the bonus data reflected in my bill?

  The bonus data will be reflected from your 2nd-month bill onwards.

• When and how will I receive the free additional data?

  The Bonus additional data will be reflected as Mobile Internet pass in Hotlink app within 30 days and in Hotlink bill from the 2nd month of your registration date. You will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful pass activation.

• Can I use the free bonus data for tethering / hotspot?

  Yes, you may share the data via hotspot with other devices at full speed.
