• What is Pakej RAHMAH about?

  Pakej RAHMAH is a program initiated by the Government of Malaysia to assist Malaysians with a cheaper internet option to help reduce the cost of living for targeted groups.

• Who is eligible to purchase the Pakej RAHMAH pass?

  All Malaysian Hotlink Prepaid subscribers who meet the criteria below are eligible to purchase Pakej RAHMAH pass:
  

  • Youths (12-30 years old)
  • B40 segment
  • The Disabled (OKU)
  • Senior Citizens (60 years above)
  • Malaysian Armed Forces and Police Veterans

• What is the offer period for Pakej RAHMAH pass?

  The Pakej RAHMAH pass is available from 28 February 2023 to 31 December 2023.

• What are the offers given through the Pakej RAHMAH?

  Eligible Hotlink Prepaid customers will enjoy a pass of RM30 for 30GB with speed cap at 3Mbps with 180 days validity from date of purchase. Purchase now to get 180 days validity for both Hotlink sim and internet!

• Where do I purchase the Pakej RAHMAH pass?

  Eligible Hotlink Prepaid subscribers will be able to purchase the Pakej RAHMAH pass from the Hotlink app.

  How?

  • Step 1: Download/Open Hotlink app
  • Step 2: Go to internet tab > Others > Select Pakej RAHMAH
    
  • Step 3: Click “Buy Now” and complete your purchase

• What can this Pakej RAHMAH pass be used for?

  The quota of this pass is meant for all internet usages.

• I currently have an active internet pass. If I purchase the Pakej RAHMAH pass, which internet quota will be utilized first?

  If you have an active hourly/ daily/ weekly internet pass and the Pakej RAHMAH pass, quota from the internet pass with earliest expiry will be utilized first.

  However, if you have an Unlimited Internet 30-day pass, the Pakej RAHMAH pass will be utilized first.

  Unless you have a higher speed pass, the pass with faster speed will be utilized first. Eg. you have an existing Unlimited Internet and Calls (6Mbps) 30-day pass. You purchase the Pakej RAHMAH pass. All internet browsing will now be at 6Mbps instead of 3Mbps.

• What will happen if my Pakej RAHMAH pass quota is fully utilised?

  The pass will expire. You can purchase another Pakej RAHMAH pass or any other internet passes that are available to continue surfing.

• Can I purchase Pakej RAHMAH pass more than once during the offer period?

  Yes. You may purchase multiple Pakej RAHMAH passes.

• What is the difference between Pakej Perpaduan and Pakej RAHMAH?

  There is no difference, Pakej Perpaduan is now renamed to Pakej RAHMAH.
