• What is Hotlink Postpaid Raya offer?

  The Hotlink Postpaid Raya offer for 2024 will commence from 22 February and ends on 21 May, all new and existing Hotlink Postpaid 70 plans subscribers who purchase selected 5G devices with 12 or 24 months contract will get to enjoy an exclusive monthly rebate for 12 months.

  • The RM10 rebate will be reflected as bill waiver from month 2 onwards, for a period of 12 months.

• Do I need to pay any device advance payment?

  Yes, device advance payment is required as a token of your commitment. The amount varies based on device model and contract period. It will be refunded to via bill over a period of 6 or 12 months.
  

• Who is eligible for this offer?

  This offer is applicable to all Hotlink Postpaid subscribers who are:

  • Malaysians aged 18 years old and above.
  • Register a new Hotlink Postpaid 70
  •  Port-in / switch from another local operator to Hotlink Postpaid 70
  • Upgrade from existing Hotlink Prepaid to Hotlink Postpaid 70
  • Upgrade from existing Hotlink Postpaid 30, 40, 45 and 60 to Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan
    

• How long is the offer period?

  This offer period is 22 February until 21 May 2024 or while stocks last.
  

• Where can I sign up for this offer?

  Your device purchase at any Hotlink Exclusive Stores or Maxis stores nationwide, or  Hotlink website at https://store.hotlink.com.my/  during the offer period will be eligible to enjoy the rebate.

• Will I be tied to any contract with this offer?

  Yes, this offer is subject to Maxis Device Contract policy and will be tied to Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan for a period of 12 or 24 months (depending on your choice).

  During the contract period, if you choose to downgrade to any of these rate plans (Hotlink Prepaid, Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45 & 60, Maxis Family Plan and Maxis Postpaid Share 48) or terminate your plan, an Early Termination Fee (ETF) will be charged as below and the RM10 monthly bill rebate will be forfeited:

  Penalty Amount = [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) – Upfront Cost) x (Remaining month(s) ÷ 12/24 months)] + RM 100

  Note: You will continue to enjoy the RM10 monthly bill rebate and there won’t be any ETF charged if you are upgrading to a higher rate plan (any Maxis Postpaid principal plans).
