Hotlink Postpaid eSIM Exclusive RM35 TNG eWallet Credit Campaign

  • Hotlink is offering Touch’nGo eWallet credit of RM35 to customers who sign up and successfully activate a new line on eSIM with the following rate plans, Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60, or 70 plans via the Hotlink Online Store. Rewards are given on a first-come, first-served basis during the campaign period.

  • The campaign runs from 16 December 2025 until 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive).

  • Eligibility criteria:

    • Subscribe to Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60 or 70 (“Participating Hotlink Plan”) via Hotlink Online Store.
    • Select eSIM as your preferred SIM type.
      NOTE: Both new and existing Hotlink customers who meet the criteria above are eligible.
  • New Registration includes new number activation, Port-In, and conversion from Hotlink Prepaid-to-Hotlink Postpaid. All are eligible for the reward. For clarity, Maxis Postpaid change to Hotlink Postpaid is not eligible.

  • No. This reward is exclusively for online sign-ups via the Hotlink Online Store.

  • You will receive the RM35 Touch’nGo eWallet credit according to the activation and fulfilment schedule below:

    • You will be notified via the Touch’nGo eWallet app (“Inbox” > “Activities”) once credit is received
    • If initial fulfilment fails, Maxis will notify you by SMS and re-attempt crediting twice, as per schedule above.
    • You must download the Touch’nGo app and register an account using the newly registered mobile number to receive the credit.
    • The campaign is capped at 300 eligible redemptions overall.
    • Each NRIC is limited to one (1) RM35 TNG eWallet credit reward.

    • Register your Touch 'n Go account using your new Maxis number
    • Check "Inbox > Activities" in your Touch 'n Go app
    • Note your fulfilment date from the schedule above

  • Please refer to the steps as below:

    1. Select eSIM type during your purchase on the Hotlink Online Store
    2. Receive the confirmation email with the subject "Your eSIM [number] is ready to install!"
    3. Click on the "INSTALL eSIM NOW" button in the email.
    4. Open the Hotlink app and navigate to the "Activate eSIM" section.
      Note: If you’re new customer need to download the Hotlink App
    5. Fill in the required information:
      • ID Type
      • ID Last 6 Digits
      • Invoice ID (from Maxis Invoice email)
    6. Click "SUBMIT" to proceed with the installation.
