• What is the campaign period?

  The Hotlink Online Store exclusive campaign runs from 26 August 2024 to 23 September 2024, inclusive of both dates.

• Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

  This campaign is open to all new and existing customers who sign up new line on the following plans on the Hotlink Online Store:

  • Hotlink Postpaid 45
  • Hotlink Postpaid 60
  • Hotlink Postpaid 70

• Is my purchase at Maxis store also eligible for reward from this campaign?

  No, this reward is available exclusively ONLINE at Hotlink Online Store.

• How will I know if I received the Touch‘nGo credit?

  ​Reward Credit Details:

  • Credit Delivery: You will receive the Touch’nGo eWallet credit by 30th September 2024. Check your eWallet by going to "Inbox" and then "Activities."
  • If Unsuccessful: If we can’t process your reward by 30th September, we’ll notify you via SMS and retry crediting your account on 7th October and 11th October.
  • Action Needed: Download the Touch’nGo app and register with your new mobile number to receive the credit.
