Yes, a device advance payment is required as a token of your commitment. The amount varies based on the device model but will be refunded to you as a bill waiver over a period of 12 or 24 months.

Yes, this offer is subject to Maxis Device Contract policy and will be tied to Hotlink Postpaid 75 plan for a period of 12 months / 24 months.
During the contract period, if you choose to downgrade to any of these rate plans (Hotlink Prepaid, Hotlink Postpaid 30 and 50, Maxis Family Plan, or Maxis Postpaid Share 48) or terminate your plan, an Early Termination Fee (ETF) will be charged as follows:
Penalty Amount = [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) – Upfront Cost) x (Remaining month(s) ÷ 12 months)] + RM 100

Duration: 12/24 consecutive months depending on your device contract period
Start date: From your 2nd monthly bill after plan activation
