Hotlink Pre to Post SOS Top Up Campaign

  • The Hotlink Pre2Post SOS Top Up Campaign is a promotional campaign available exclusively on the Hotlink Online Store. Eligible Hotlink Prepaid customers who clear their outstanding SOS Top Up balance and upgrade to a Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60, or 70 plan on a first-come, first-served basis during the campaign period will be rewarded with RM30 Touch‘nGo eWallet credit.

  • The campaign starts on 6 March and ends on 30 April 2025 (both dates inclusive).

  • This campaign is open to all existing Hotlink Prepaid customers who clear their SOS Top Up balance and upgrade to a Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60, or 70 plan via the Hotlink Online Store.

  • No, this reward is available exclusively ONLINE at the Hotlink Online Store.

  • Group Activation Period Fulfilment Schdule
    Group 1 Successfully activate new line on Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60 or 70 Plan from 6 March 2025 until 31 March 2025.

    You will receive the Touch’nGo eWallet credit in your Touch’nGo eWallet account by 3rd April 2025. You may check the notification at your eWallet profile, tap at "Inbox" followed by "Activities".

    In the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the reward on 3rd April 2025 is unsuccessful, Maxis will send a SMS to notify the newly registered mobile number and re-attempt crediting the reward twice on a weekly basis (i.e., by 10th April and 17th April 2025 respectively).

    Group 2 Successfully activate new line on Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60 or 70 Plan from 1 April 2025 until 30 April 2025.

    You will receive the Touch’nGo eWallet credit in your Touch’nGo eWallet account by 5th May 2025. You may check the notification at your eWallet profile, tap at "Inbox" followed by "Activities".

    In the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the reward on 5th May 2025 is unsuccessful, Maxis will send a SMS to notify the newly registered mobile number and re-attempt crediting the reward twice on a weekly basis (i.e., by 12th May and 19th May 2025 respectively).

    Prior to this, please download the Touch’nGo app and register an account using your newly registered mobile number to receive the free credit.
