Hotlink RED – FREE RED Pass

Hotlink RED customers who purchase any Internet Pass will be eligible to redeem free high-speed internet to use on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram (“RED Pass”).

The RED Pass is only redeemable via MyRewards on the Hotlink app. Once you receive SMS confirmation, you can start enjoying your FREE high-speed internet on selected apps namely YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

If there are pages within the selected application that is hosted by a third party, internet usages on those pages will not be drawn from the free RED Passes but will be drawn from the base Internet Pass.
Please note that P2P and VOIP/Video calls on Facebook are excluded from the RED Passes.

The free RED pass validity will start from the time of redemption and will end according to the base Internet Pass that you purchased. For example, if you bought a weekly RM10 Internet Pass which expires in 7 days and you redeem your free RED Pass on the same day, your free RED Pass will expire the same time as your base weekly Internet Pass.

Yes, the RED Passes are stackable. For example, if you buy two of the selected Mobile Internet Passes, you will be able to redeem two RED Passes.

Upon exhaustion of free RED Passes, internet quota will be deducted from the next available Internet Pass or from the free Social Chat. If you do not have any other available active Internet Pass, you will not be able to access the internet.
