  • Hotlink Postpaid East Coast & East Malaysia (ECEM) offers provides more value for Hotlink Postpaid 60 & Hotlink Postpaid 70. These offers are only applicable for Hotlink Postpaid 60 & 70 registrations performed at Maxis stores in East Coast (Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang) & East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah & Labuan) regions only.

  • For each of new Hotlink Postpaid line, you are required to pay either one of the below:

    Malaysian with MyKad (NRIC) Non-Malaysian with Passport
    RM30 will be charged as an advance payment. The advance payment will be used to offset against the first month’s invoice and any extra will be carried forward to the following month. A deposit of RM150. The deposit will be refunded upon closure of your Hotlink Postpaid account.

    NOTE – if you are converting to Hotlink Postpaid from Hotlink Prepaid and you have a credit balance, you will still need to pay either one of the above. And the credit balance will be reflected in your first bill

  • The monthly bill rebate shall be credited into your Hotlink Postpaid monthly bill, deducting your monthly commitment fee while unlimited 5G internet allows you to enjoy 5G quota unlimitedly on Hotlink Postpaid 70*

    *The Fair Usage Policy of the Unlimited 5G Internet is capped at 1,000GB/month. For more info on 5G, click HERE

  • This offer is only applicable for Hotlink Postpaid 60 / 70 and if you have met the criteria. If yes, you will be able to enjoy this offer for all your Hotlink Postpaid 60 / 70 lines. Kindly take note that the total lines for Hotlink Postpaid per NRIC/ Passport is five (5).

  • You are welcome to enjoy this offer. Simply walk into your nearest Maxis store in ECEM and upgrade your plan to Hotlink Postpaid 60 or 70.

  • If you are using Hotlink Postpaid 60, you may upgrade to Hotlink Postpaid 70 to enjoy this offer. However, if you are on Hotlink Postpaid 60/ 70 and wish to stay on the current rate plan, we are sorry that this offer is only for new registration, port-in or change from Hotlink Prepaid / Hotlink Postpaid 30 and 40 to Hotlink Postpaid 60/70.

  • When your line is barred, the rebate will continue to be reflected in your bill, but you will not be able to use your internet.

  • When your line is suspended, your service and other benefit (s) will also be suspended. This will continue for the remaining balance once your line has been reactivated.

  • East Coast – RM50/month* for Hotlink Postpaid 60 and RM60/month* for Hotlink Postpaid 70.
    East Malaysia – RM40/month* for Hotlink Postpaid 60 and RM50/month* for the first 6 months and RM60/month* subsequently for Hotlink Postpaid 70.

    *This fee is excluding the 6% of service tax.

  • Your monthly commitment fee and rebate given will be prorated on the first month.

  • No, you will not be contracted with this offer.

  • Yes, however we are sorry that the rebate that you are enjoying will be forfeited but if you are on Hotlink Postpaid 70, the unlimited 5G internet will continue up to 24 months.

  • We are sorry that the rebate and unlimited 5G internet will be forfeited.

  • We are sorry that you are terminating your service for some reason. Yes, you can, and all the benefit (s) will be forfeited.
