Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365 - General

  • The Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365 starter pack is RM10 and preloaded with RM5 credit. Upon activation, the plan gives you 5 active days and 30 inactive days.

  • The Hotlink Internet 365 Online Bundle pack is RM25. This pack is preloaded with RM2 credit and a 10GB Internet pass which is valid for 365 days. Upon activation, the plan gives you 60 active days and 30 inactive days.

  • With Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365 plan, you will enjoy a flat rate of 15sen/30-sec for calls & 15sen/SMS to all local networks. Video call is same rate as voice call.

  • With Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365, you just need to purchase any of the mobile internet passes to start using the internet. This pack does not come with FREE Basic Internet.

  • To manage your account easily and enjoy our wide variety of rewards, download Hotlink app from Google Play or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you may dial *100# to manage your account.

  • During the inactive period, you can only receive incoming calls and SMS. To be able to make calls, send SMS, & surf the internet, please perform a top up. To avoid account termination and mobile number expiry, top up before the end of the inactive period to keep your Hotlink active.

  • Your unused credit during the inactive period will be frozen, and you can only receive incoming calls and SMS. Upon your next top up, your unused credit balance will be combined with your top up amount.

  • During the inactive period, you will not be able to use the balance quota from your Internet pass. Top up to continue using your Internet pass.
