• When will this switch happen?

  Your plan will be upgraded to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited ECEM plan from 24 – 28 November 2025. No action is required from your end.

• Are there any charges for this upgrade?

  This upgrade to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited plan for FREE. You will receive an SMS confirmation once your plan has been successfully upgraded to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited plan.

• How will I know if my plan has been successfully switched?

  You will receive an SMS confirmation once your plan has been successfully switched to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited ECEM plan.
  

• What are the benefits of upgrading to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited ECEM plan?

  Upon upgrading to the Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited ECEM plan, you will enjoy a wider selection of internet passes, including affordable unlimited options like:

  • RM60 for Unlimited internet and calls (24mbps) 30 days, can only be used in Kelantan, Pahang, Terengganu, Sabah and Sarawak.
  • RM45 for Unlimited internet and calls (10mbps) 30 days, can only be used in Kelantan, Pahang, Terengganu, Sabah and Sarawak.
  • RM12 for Unlimited internet and calls (3mbps) 7 days
  • RM3 for Unlimited internet and calls (3mbps) 1 day

• What will happen to my existing balance & pass subscriptions after I upgrade to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited ECEM plan?

  • Credit Balance: Your current credit balance remains unchanged and will carry over to your new Hotlink Video plan.
  • Validity Period: Your validity period will be updated to align with the new plan, without reducing your remaining days.
  • Mobile Internet Passes: All active internet passes will automatically carry forward to your new plan except 100GB TikTok, Facebook, YouTube passes.
  • Seamless Transition: As a goodwill gesture, you’ll receive a FREE 3GB 1-Day pass after upgrading to ensure uninterrupted mobile internet usage.
  • Previous Plan Benefits: Benefits tied exclusively to your old will no longer apply after upgrading.
    

• Can I change my plan to any other Hotlink Plans after switching to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited ECEM?

  Yes, you may upgrade to Hotlink Prepaid Plan or Pantas plan via Hotlink app anytime at a fee of RM2.
