Hotlink App - General Information

  • The Hotlink app is a self-service mobile application that allows you to manage your Hotlink account. Prepaid users can check balance, purchase internet passes, manage accounts, enjoy HotlinkMU deals, earn points, and redeem rewards. Postpaid users can pay and manage bills, manage mobile internet, and access exclusive Maxis deals.

  • All active Hotlink Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers can use the app.

  • The app requires Android version 5.20 or above, or iOS version 10 or above. It is not supported by WiFi-only tablets (devices without SIM capability).

  • No, usage of the Hotlink app is 100% data FREE when in Malaysia! You won't incur any charges or data deductions when browsing or using any of the Hotlink app's features. Data charges only apply when you're roaming.
