Top Up - SOS Internet

  • SOS Internet offers is a service which will grant you a mobile internet pass when you are in need.

  • In order to receive the SOS Internet offer, you must meet the below requirement:

    • Tenure 1 month and above
    • Not applicable for Tablet, MVNO and Broadband plans
    • Based on SOS Internet eligibility criteria (eg. Top up and repayment history etc)
  • No, validity will not be extended.

  • You will be offered when your mobile internet quota low. Alternatively, you may perform an SOS Internet request via *100# or Red App.

  • You can request as many times as you require, as long as you pay back the outstanding balance and service fee.

  • Upon subsequent top up, Hotlink will take back the credit value (RM) granted as stated within the offer SMS.

  • You will receive an SMS notification that the SOS service has deducted the amount from your balance.

  • No, Auto-Credit is only available for SOS Top Up.

  • The amount will vary per subscriber, as the amount granted is based on their eligibility determined by Hotlink.

  • SOS Outstanding Balance will only be deducted when a top-up is done from the following methods

    • Physical Topup Ticket
    • eReload
    • Bank Reload
    • MaxisPay Reload
    • Hotlink Website Reload
    • Hotlink App Reload
  • No, all subs can have only one (1) SOS offers at one time.

  • The SOS offer fulfilled is based on the keyword sent. Do ensure that you key in the correct keyword as below:

  • Once you have fully utilize your quota, you will still be able to continue browsing at a reduced speed with NO additional charges until your pass expires.

    Yes, you can have SOS Internet together with a Daily/Weekly/Monthly pass. The pass which will expire first will be utilized first.
