  A loyalty feature (2018–2025) under the Hotlink Prepaid Video Plan allowing users to:

  ✓ Send 1sen/SMS to the same numbers
  ✓ Enjoy unlimited usage (subject to 1,000 mins/month FUP)

• 2. When is Hotlink Friendz ending?

  The feature will be discontinued on 18^th September 2025.

• 3. Why is it being discontinued?

  With 89% of Malaysians now using chat/ messaging apps daily, we’re focusing on high-value mobile internet for modern communication needs.

• 4. What replaces free calls to Friendz?

  ✓ Free app-based calls: Use your preferred apps such as WhatsApp, WeChat & etc.
  ✓ Hotlink Mobile Internet pass : RM15 (2GB + 7-day unlimited calls)

• 5. Will my saved Friendz numbers disappear?

  Yes, all saved numbers will be automatically removed after 17 September 2025. Make sure you save these numbers in your contact.

• 6. Are there affordable options for occasional users?

  Data-based calls: Free via WhatsApp or your preferred app.
