• When will the Air Asia x Maxis partnership commence?

  AirAsia’s riders and drivers can enjoy the offers below when you sign up new* Hotlink Postpaid Plans via Air Asia referral link to Hotlink Online Store: 

  1. Hotlink Postpaid 40:

  2. Hotlink Postpaid 60:
     1. FREE additional 10GB of high-speed internet for 12 months 
     2. RM100 Bill Rebate (RM20 x 5 months)
     3. RM20 AirAsia food Voucher
  3. Hotlink Postpaid 60 with a Device Contract:

• Who can enjoy the offer?

  This offer is open to Air Asia riders & drivers who are:

  1. Malaysian or foreigner, 18 years and above;

  You will receive the offer on AirAsia Ride App - Pop up banner & Inbox, AirAsia driver & rider Telegram group, AirAsia driver & rider benefits website - Carousel Widget & hero banner 

  To sign up, you have to select either one of the below:

     - click on the first link and you may register via Hotlink Online Store (self-served basis)

• How soon can I enjoy all the benefits once I have signed up for this?

     • It will be reflected on month 2 onwards

     • You will receive a promo code from AirAsia via email within 30 days from the registration date

• Is there any advance payment or deposit to be paid for the registration?

  1. Malaysian:
     • 1 month of rate-plan advance payment is applicable. The amount based on plan commitment i.e., RM40 for Hotlink Postpaid 40
  2. Foreigner:
     • Deposit of RM150 is applicable

• Will I be tied down to a contract?

  1. Hotlink Postpaid 60
     • There is a 12-month
  2. Hotlink Postpaid 40
     • There is no contract

• If I have signed up for Hotlink Postpaid 60, what will happen if I upgrade my line to Maxis Postpaid Plans?

  You will no longer enjoy the RM100 Bill Rebate and FREE additional 10GB for 12 months. Your contract will then be terminated, and Early Termination Fee (ETF) will be waived

• If I have signed up for Hotlink Postpaid 60, what will happen if I downgrade my line within Hotlink Postpaid Plans?

  You will no longer enjoy FREE additional 10GB for 12 months but will continue to enjoy RM100 Bill Rebate. Your contract will then be terminated, and Early Termination Fee (ETF) will be charged

• If I have signed up for Hotlink Postpaid 40, what will happen if I upgrade my line to Maxis Postpaid Plans?

  You will no longer enjoy the RM100 Bill Rebate

• If I have signed up for Hotlink Postpaid 40, what will happen if I upgrade my line to Hotlink Postpaid 60?

  You will still be able to enjoy the RM100 Bill Rebate

• If I have sign up for Hotlink Postpaid 40, what will happen if I downgrade my line to Hotlink Postpaid 30?

  You will still be able to enjoy the RM100 Bill Rebate

• Can I sign up for a device contract while on this offer?

  1. If you enjoying the RM100 Bill Rebate
     1. If you take a device contract on Hotlink Postpaid 60
        • You will still be able to enjoy the RM100 Bill Rebate
     2. If you take a device contract on Maxis Postpaid Plans
        • You will no longer enjoy the RM100 Bill Rebate
  2. If you are enjoying the FREE additional 10GB of high-speed internet for 12 months
     • You will no longer enjoy the FREE additional 10GB of high-speed internet for 12 months
     • The contract will be terminated
     • The Early Termination Fee (ETF) will be waived

• Can I terminate the line after sign up?

  You may terminate your line anytime. If you have an active contract at the point of termination, you may be charged for Early Termination Fee (ETF).
