If your porting transaction is rejected, please have your new provider resubmit after 11 June.
Business customers are not affected.

We’re upgrading our system supporting number switching from 9-11 June 2025 to enhance system reliability and improve your experience.

- Switching to Maxis (porting in): You can still switch to Maxis and bring your existing number to our network as usual during this period, however there could be temporary delays.
- Switching out to another service provider: For individual customers, switching out will be temporarily unavailable from 9-11 June 2025. Business customers can switch out as usual.

This system upgrade will improve the reliability of our switching services, providing a better experience for all customers moving forward.

If you're trying to switch out during this time, your request will not be processed. Please ask your new service provider to resubmit the request after 11 June 2025.

No, your current service will remain unaffected. The maintenance only impacts the ability to switch to another provider during this period.

No action is required from you. If you’re planning to switch to another provider, we recommend doing so before 9 June or after 11 June.
