• Where can I get the free Hotlink Prepaid SIM pack with 2 free TGV tickets offer?

  The offer is exclusively available at selected TGV outlets between 1 May 2024 – 30 September 2024 only. The TGV outlets are:
  

  1. TGV 1 Utama,
  2. TGV Central I-City,
  3. TGV Pavilion Bukit Jalil,
  4. TGV Sunway Pyramid, and
  5. TGV Sunway Velocity.

   

• What is the duration of this campaign?

  1. The Campaign Period is from 1 May 2024 to 30 September 2024, both dates inclusive.

   

• How can I activate the Hotlink Prepaid SIM pack?

  1. Download the Hotlink app and tap on ‘SIM Activation’.
  2. Scan the barcode on your SIM card.
  3. Pick you Prepaid plan.
  4. Scan your ID (MyKad, Passport, MyTentera, MyPR, MyKAS) and complete the Face ID.
  5. Choose your mobile number.
  6. You’ve successfully registered! Insert your SIM card to complete activation

• What are the eligibility requirements to enjoy the free TGV tickets?

  1. You must purchase a 30-days mobile internet pass.
  2. The eligible 30-days mobile internet passes are Hotlink Pantas 40GB (RM25), Hotlink Pantas 60GB (RM35), Hotlink Unlimited 6mbps (4G/5G) (RM40), or Hotlink Unlimited 12mbps (4G/5G) (RM50).
  3. Passes are available for purchase via the Hotlink App > Internet > Passes, with sufficient credit balance.
     

• When will I receive the TGV voucher codes?

  1. Eligible users will receive TGV vouchers codes via SMS from Hotlink by the 15th of the following month. E.g. User activated on 25th May and purchase an eligible monthly pass on 31st May, will receive the codes by 15th June.
     

• How can I utilise the TGV voucher code to redeem my free tickets?

  1. Users can utilise the TGV voucher codes received via SMS on the TGV app, by applying the code upon selection of movie.
  2. User must be a TGV MovieClub user to use the TGV app.
  3. Voucher codes are stackable, i.e. users can use 2 voucher codes to redeem 2 movie tickets in 1 transaction.
  4. Voucher codes valid until 31st December 2024.
