• What is the new Hotlink Postpaid Rewards about?

  The new Hotlink Postpaid Rewards lets you enjoy various types of rewards via the Hotlink app which includes: -

  1. getting Hotlink Reward Voucher(s) every month provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
  2. downloading deals for free

• How do I enjoy the NEW Hotlink Postpaid Rewards?

  Simply update your Hotlink app to version 5.6 via Google Play store or Apple App store to start enjoying your new rewards.

• How can I earn Hotlink Reward Voucher(s)?

  You will earn Hotlink Reward Voucher every month based on your Hotlink Postpaid plan. The Hotlink Reward Voucher will be given to you at the beginning of your billing cycle every month if you are eligible.

• What are the eligibility criteria to get Hotlink Rewards Voucher(s)?

  1. have an active Hotlink Postpaid account/line except Hotlink Postpaid with Fibre 99, Hotlink Postpaid and Fibre 99 (30Mbps) and Hotlink Prepaid;
  2. have a Hotlink Postpaid account is 3 months tenure or older; and
  3. have logged in to Hotlink app at least one (1) time within tenure

• What are the different tiers available to earn Hotlink Reward Voucher(s)?

  Please refer to table below for the eligible tiers

• What is the difference between the tiers outlined above?

  The value of Hotlink Reward Voucher increases incrementally following the tiers based on the Hotlink Postpaid plans which you subscribed to. A higher value of Hotlink Postpaid Plans will receive Hotlink Reward Vouchers of greater value.

• What type of Hotlink Reward Voucher(s) can I earn?

  You may receive any one or more of the following voucher type subject to their respective availability at the beginning of your billing cycle: -

  1. Free mobile internet.
  2. Discount on mobile internet pass; and/or
  3. Special merchant deals.

• How will I receive my Hotlink Reward Voucher(s)?

  All Hotlink Reward Voucher will be awarded via the Hotlink app. You must download and login to the latest Hotlink app version 5.6 to receive any Hotlink Reward Voucher.

• How can I view and use my Hotlink Reward Voucher(s)?

  You can only access your Hotlink Reward Vouchers via Hotlink app. Go to ‘Rewards’ tab, click on ‘My Vouchers’ to view and use your available vouchers.

• What are the terms and conditions for using the Hotlink Reward Voucher(s)?

  Each voucher will have its distinctive terms of use as indicated on the respective voucher page on Hotlink app. The general terms that apply for all types of Hotlink Reward Voucher are as follows:

  1. Only one (1) Hotlink Reward Voucher can be applied in each purchase transaction.
  2. All Hotlink Reward Vouchers are not stackable with other vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, or promotional offers, unless otherwise specified by Maxis.
  3. Hotlink Reward Vouchers earned are not transferable to any person or entity and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• How can I get Hotlink deals on the latest Hotlink app (version 5.6)?

  You can download your preferred deals on the latest version of the Hotlink app for FREE.

• What are the terms and conditions of Hotlink Deals?

  Each Hotlink deal will have its distinctive terms as indicated on the respective deal page on Hotlink app.

• What happens if I don’t update my Hotlink app to the latest version 5.6?

  Unfortunately, if you’re on any Hotlink app version below 5.6, you won’t be able to enjoy the new Hotlink Postpaid Rewards.
