  • Maxis Lifestyle (previously known as Maxis TV) offers subscription to video, music and gaming contents for all Maxis and Hotlink customers.

    How it works:

    • For Postpaid Users (Maxis & Hotlink): Subscriptions are added to your monthly bill via Pay with Maxis or Pay with Hotlink
    • For Prepaid (Hotlink) Users: Costs are deducted directly from your Hotlink credit balance via Pay with Hotlink.
  • Should you wish to subscribe to content (s) offered in Maxis Lifestyle, simply click the human icon button at right on top of Maxis Lifestyle portal to login with Maxis ID or your mobile number.

    Access Options:

    • Maxis/Hotlink App: Open the app → Go to the Home tab and tap “Lifestyle”
    • Web Browser: Visit https://lifestyle.maxis.com.my.
    • Maxis/Hotlink Website: Go to the official website → Click “Lifestyle” at the top menu. Choose your preferred content from “Discover More with Maxis, for a redirection to Maxis Lifestyle portal.


    Subscription Steps:

    1. Log In:
      1. Click the profile icon (top-right corner of the Maxis Lifestyle portal).
      2. Use your Maxis ID or mobile number to log in.
    2. Choose Content:
      1. Browse and select your preferred video, music, or gaming subscription.
    3. Confirm Payment:
      1. Postpaid: Charges appear on your next bill.
      2. Prepaid (Hotlink): Deducted from your credit balance.
  • With Maxis Lifestyle, you get exclusive Super Streamer Add-Ons that include unlimited streaming data (subject to Fair Usage Policy) for popular platforms.

      • Note: Speeds are uncapped (full 4G/5G), but hotspot sharing is not allowed.

    3. Pricing:
      • RM9.90/month: VIU, iQIYI, CMGO.
      • RM15/month: sooka.


    Direct Subscriptions (Without Maxis Lifestyle):

    • No unlimited data: Streams use your regular data quota.
    • No auto-renewal: Manual renewal required.


    Why Choose Maxis Lifestyle?

    • Cost-effective: Avoid data overages while binge-watching.
    • Convenience: Add-Ons auto-renew and appear on your Maxis/Hotlink bill.
  • The most likely reason why the option to subscribe to Super Streamer Add-On passes is not visible for you is you are not on the eligible plan.

    The Super Streamer is only visible if you’re on an eligible plan:

    • Maxis Postpaid: Available for Maxis Postpaid plans only (not for legacy mobile plans, Home Fibre &Wireless Broadband).
    • Hotlink: Accessible for all Hotlink Prepaid & Postpaid plans.


    You may keep your current plan and subscribe to any pass at Recommended Retail Price (RRP), which is of the same price as subscription from content providers directly via their website or app.

    If you wish to subscribe to Super Streamer Add-On, change your current plan to the “Eligible Plan” mentioned above; then, the Super Stream Add-On option will be reflected in Maxis Lifestyle portal once you have changed to the eligible plan(s).

  • Super Streamer Passes

    • Unlimited Data: Stream VIU, iQIYI, sooka, or CMGO without using your regular data.
    • Lower Price: Discounted compared to buying directly from content providers.
    • Eligibility: Only available on selected Maxis/Hotlink plans.


    Standard Auto-Renewal Passes

    • Same Price: Matches the cost of subscribing directly via the content provider’s app/website.
    • Auto-Renewal:
      • Renews automatically every 30 days.
      • You’ll get a reminder 3 days before renewal.

  • We’re sorry, but Maxis Lifestyle is currently exclusive to Maxis and Hotlink mobile subscribers.

      • Uses a dedicated data pool exclusively for the selected platform.


    Other Passes (Auto-Renewal)

    • Data Source:
      • Extra quota (if included with the pass) is used first.
      • Once extra quota is exhausted, data is deducted from your main plan’s allowance.
        Example: If you buy a X pass with 10GB extra data:
        • First 10GB → Deducted from the X pass quota.
        • After 10GB → Uses your regular plan data.
