Hotlink Postpaid Online Store Offer

  • Get RM10 off your monthly bill for 6 months when you sign up for Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60, or 70 plans via the
    Hotlink Online Store. This offer applies to:

    • New line activations.
    • Upgrades from Hotlink Prepaid.
    • Port-ins from other telcos.
  • This offer is ongoing and available until 31st March 2026.

  • Applicable to:

    • Malaysians and non-Malaysians aged 18 and above.
    • New subscribers to Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60, or 70 via the Hotlink Online Store.
  • Simply register online for your preferred Hotlink postpaid phone plan via the Hotlink Online Store. The RM10 rebate will be automatically applied to your bill for the first 6 months.

  • Ensure your prepaid line is active and has no outstanding SOS top-ups.

    1. Visit the Hotlink Online Store.
    2. Select “Postpaid Plan” and click “Buy Now”.
    3. Choose “Get a New Line”.
    4. Complete TAC and Face ID verification.
    5. Select “Upgrade to Hotlink Postpaid” (if eligible).
    6. Submit your details and wait for a confirmation SMS (within 10 minutes).
  • Plan advance payments or deposits are NOT required for registration via Hotlink Online Store. However, a device advance payment may apply if you sign up with a new device contract. The amount varies based on the device model and contract period.

  • Yes, the offer is valid. You can only sign up for a device contract with Hotlink Postpaid 60 or 70 plans.

  • There is no contract with this offer.

  • The bill rebate of RM10 for 6 months will be reflected from your 2nd-month bill onwards. The first month's bill rebate amount might be prorated, but the subsequent bill rebates will be RM10 per month until the total offer value of RM60 is fully rebated.

  • No, this offer is NOT available for sign-ups of Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60, or 70 plans via Hotlink Jom Invite Member Program.
